if you still wanna try and write it yourself, i suggest you find one of the many badchan tcls and modify it slightly to bind to the severname reply of whois, instead of the channel list

Hi guys,

I have a TCL script request. I'm looking for a script that does a whois on a user on join. Next it should check on the ircserver that user is on, and kick(ban) the user if on the wrong server.
This is for TO-protection..
I've tried it myself, I've searched a lot, but I couldn't do it and I couldn'd find such a script either..
