bind evnt - init-server evnt_operproc evnt_oper {type} {global botnick putserv "OPER <OPER NAME> <OPER PASSWORD>" putserv "MODE $botnick <[+/-]any oper modes you need it set/unset>"}
should work :) same thing as event:init dose.
