Tried that a couple of times.
It just seems as the second bot dosent tell the hub-bot when it comes online.

And all the other bot´s works and has the same setup and everything. exept that they arent behind a router.

This just annoys me abit, it´s kinda frustrated when you know everything else works, just not this bot.
Statistics: Posted by bast — Sun Apr 29, 2007 5:43 pm

The hub bot has flags hp as it should

Code:

HANDLE PASS NOTES FLAGS LASTbot1 yes 0 blo 19:13 (linked)BOT FLAGS: hpHOSTS: *!*@*.se*!*@*.seADDRESS: myadress1.mine.nuusers: xxxx, bots: xxxx

And the second bot has s flag. This bot is behind the router.

Code:

HANDLE PASS NOTES FLAGS LAST^bot2^ yes 0 blo 19:15 (linked)HOSTS: *!*@*.comBOT FLAGS: sADDRESS: myadress2.mine.nuusers: xxxx, bots: xxxx

so this bot got the exact same layout as the rest of the bots, so it must be the router or something.
Statistics: Posted by bast — Thu Apr 26, 2007 3:22 pm

I seriously doubt the router has anything to do with your conectivity problem, since you state you can manually link them via .link. I would check to verify that you have the correct flags set on both bots, and post them here if it looks ok to you
Statistics: Posted by YooHoo — Thu Apr 26, 2007 2:00 pm

Hey.

Does anyone have a D-link 604 Router and running eggdrop.

Caus i have 6 different bots in my botnet, and i got one that sits behind a D-link router, i have setted this in DMZ mode so the ports shouldent block at all.
But for some reason my hub bot that should connect to this bot, dosen´t
All my other bots connects fine in the botnet, exept for this one.
I can connect it using .link bot2, but kinda annoying.
And yes this bot has the correct flags and that stuff.

So wonder if it´s the router that is blocking or something else perhaps, anyone that have this experience with a D-link.
Statistics: Posted by bast — Thu Apr 26, 2007 1:26 pm
