I need a script that should be used only by chan-master of my eggdrop, to under a single command they can add or del msgs to be sayed on channel time-by-time

like this:

/msg bot bla-bla +add 30m hello everyone

to bot say "hello everyone" every 30m
and

/msg bot bla-bla -del "msg test"

to del "msg test"
