It's been my experience that 2.3.2-6,7 has some odd quirks.

Personally, I use: psyBNC2.3.2-5.

I would also recommend you bind to a specific IP, instead of using a wildcard IP.

I'm running psybnc 2.3.2-7 on FC5.
When I reconnect to my psy, I get no responce at all from it, and my client just sits there and times out, then retries to connect.
When this happens, I need to log into the shell, kill -9 the process and run ./psybnc again, and I can connect.

sorry, could it be that server dosent support psybnc's? i should of made that more clearer.

it could be that the server dosent support? or that the vhost's are wrong.

Doesnt support what?

I only have 1 vhost and it is correct.

Hi there,

But if I get disconnected, I'm back to the beginning again when the psy doesnt respond at all.

Does anyone know what would be causing this, and if theres anything I can do about it?
