Removal of old/inactive member accounts

In case anyone is wondering why the registered users number has suddenly dropped by roughly 250, it is because I've cleaned out the user list for the first time. Accounts were removed on the following basis:

- Deleted accounts registered more than 3 months ago with no posts.
- Deactivated accounts that have not posted in the past 100 days.

So, it will be a little bit longer before we reach the magic 1000 number
