na i knew the best part of it from scratch was just having some botnet issues - since RTFM and sorted it

Ive tried doing this myself and its become too urgent to keep trial error and ugh driving me insane so hopeing someone can whip out something quick...

Ok here is outline:

multiple channel bans but the chans ban to be prefixed ( not setable in command )

example:
!ban host.ip

the reason is auto applied
and it sets a chanban on 5 selective channels.
here is the catch tho thats drove me nuts

its on a botnet, multiple bots all in odd channels
