XUser types !troutstats

Bot returns: XUser has been slapped 1 time(s) and slapped 2 time(s).

YUser types !troutstats

Bot returns: YUser has been slapped 3 times and slapped 1 time

Well you catch my drift.. i guess.
Its just a simple counter (although it keeps record per user)
And ofcourse it needs to use a file (for database type of storage)

Can anyone help me with this? THANX! :)
