Can a script be made so that if i do: "addkick (kicktrigger) (kick message) it will kick the person when i type the (kicktrigger) in the channel with the reason (kick message).

For example:

addkick !weakestlink get out of my channel

When I type !weakestlink (NAME of USER) in the channel:
The Bot kicks the user saying "get out of my channel"
