Request bot

Looking for someone to code a request script that has the following:

Onjoin notice which bots they can request.
!request #chan (can choose between 5dif bots)
Need atleast 5ppl in the chan (scan for clones \ if more then 2clones the chan will be denied)
when someone request a bot i want the bot to write it to a dif channel then the bot is in.
check the channel each 5days, if less then 4users the bot will part with a message (if its possible)

and some more.

I can pay you for the work, either paypal or bank to bank (swedish \ föreningssparbanken) just tell me how much u want and if its a resonable price its np!

Use the clickable Search link in my signature and use either, or both, "metroid" and "request".

Hello. Iam looking for a script like when someone type: !request my bot named: should join the channel and check so it has atleast 4ppl and Q or L and if the channel pass that should part the channel and the bot they requested should join.

Any1 know where i can find this kind of script or something similar? been looking to long for it now ¨
