I have a request.... we have betting game and one of the outputs is...

<WAR-GENERAL> [HORSE RACING] Winning Horses: 1st: DarkShadow 2nd: Nemo 3rd: Little Mermaid

I would like to have a script that picks of these outputs from WAR-GENERAL and logs them to a file.

Then have this data retrieveable by doing the following...
!lasthorserace
This will display the last logged entry, additionally typing
!lasthorserace 3
Will display last 3 records.

And perhaps just an adjustable limit so someone can't type !lasthorserace 1000 and flood the channel.

Could the output also be formated to just display...
[18:45] Winning Horses: #1 DarkShadow #2 Nemo #3 Little Mermaid

The time bring the time the winning horses was originally logged.

I would greatly appreciated if someone could assist me with this.
