!avail !maybe !no Topic command.... thing..

I'm looking if there is a code around, or one to make in which if someone types !avail name. it will add name to the topic next to Avail: and then the same for Maybe and No. So that the topic will look like this:

Next War: vs TSS - Avail:name1 name2 Maybe:name3 No:name4
and will show an error message when the topic becomes to big.
