invite voices, halfops, ops to another chan

i need a script that will invite someone to another chan when they has become in voice, halfop or op. For example. tom gains voice, halfop or op in the channel A and I want that my bot invites tom to the channel b (chan B is mode +i and my bot is op in both chans).
