by telling Admin to allow FServ to set bans on that channel?

Hi guys. I have a small prodlem.

When my bot sets a ban, another bot which is an ircop / chan op unbans, then the first bot re-add's the channel ban. this goes on and on and on

Example

(14:56:40) —› mode: (Admin) sets (-b LordGamer!*@74.12.43.35)
(14:56:46) —› mode: (FServ) sets (+b LordGamer!*@74.12.43.35)

I came back to like 1000+ lines of this in the channel. How do I stop Admin bot from removing the bans?
