use a quality channel protection script (such as xchannel which can, among many other things, punish quote requesters for repeating)

also, have other ops (scripts or bots) add your bot to their userlists as friend

changing putquick/putserv to puthelp can create miracles in such scripts!

Then build yourself or ask the author/authors for a flood protection to that script/scripts you are using OR add your bot to the other bots that are sitting on the channel as a frind and even an op and it will no longer get kicked.

Is there a way to have eggdrop kick clients that attemp to cause eggdrop to spam ecessively and get kicked.

I have several scripts like quotes etc available but some knuckleheads like to continually ask for quotes and get the bot kicked. So I would like to have my bot kick them b4 the bot gets kicked
