check for the channels.mod sources. at the end of the file with the commands (cmdschan.c) there should be all the binds. Not sure, but I believe you need to use * as prefix within TCL (like *cmd_pls_ban).

I want to bind and unbind some commands in my eggdrop. For example: I want to set the ".+ban" command to be accessible only for owners (+n)
