Where would I add that?

That would be used in a script (as part of an 'if' statement) that you'd create/modify yourself.

In my .conf I got these two lines:

I've added % as my bot is +h on the channel, but when the bot is +h(%) Its not reacting to commands like voice, kick and stuff like that, what could be the problem?
ps. im using net-type 5
