I think you`re in the wrong forum.

I think you need:
Script Support & Releases
Support & discussion of released scripts, and announcements of new releases.
To discuss your isses with some script.

Or
Script Requests
You may submit your needs or ideas for complete scripts and modifications here, but there is no guarantee of a response.
To request a new script. (But in this case i doub`t someone is going to create on)

Note:
Eggdrop is not the only irc bot. There are several other bots. Maybe google for HLTV Bot - never tested it myself.
