Alchera, the users are authentified via services & can only join this chan if they re registred. And each user must ask only one question...so, easy to manage.

No No, it s not for idle users...

It s for a +m chan.
Only few users must be voiced at the same time.
& after they have send 1 line (a question for example), they re devoiced.
I want the peoples can send only one question & wait for answer before asking another one.
I hope this explaination is better. :-)

You are fully aware that any non-voiced users in a +m (moderated) channel cannot sent to channel? So, how does one get to ask just one question in the first place let alone a second?
