stats.mod to ignore actions in channel

Hello I would like some help to modify stats.mod for it not to take into account the actions in a channel (via /me). I want this feature because a lof of users want to listen to music and displays it on the channel and this is unfair for regular chatters who does not reflect the real statistics of the channel. Please anybody help.
