I want to make some Cups and i want to have an cup script bot.

How it should work:

a user namend peter talk to the bot like: "!Cup %Teamname %Yes/No %Homepage"
If the bot get a sentence like this, he write me a Querry with "Teamname: %Teamname, Server: %Yes/no Homepage: %Homepage.

After that i write to the bot "!ok %teamname" and the bot qry to peter "Welcome to the #east cup."

Is there a bot who make stuff like this? or can anyone make a script for me? im realy bad at tcl ^^

PS: tcl search and archiv dont has a result for me
