What about the modules for your eggdrop? Are all the necessary file sharing modules installed?

ok what i have done
1st linked firends eggy to shell in holland and shared user files all ok no probs just shell unstable
2nd set eggy up on my linux box all working fine
3rd linked my eggy to friedns eggy everything fine till i turned shareing on they linked up no problem mine as +hp his as +ags mine cant send userfile to him
4th removed bothe entires of bots from each bot added again this time my friends as +hp mine as +ags mine cant recive the userfile
both bots are listen 3333 all and router has port 3333 open to the linux box
got my friends conf file and set up a new eggy and used his conf just altered the names inside from fishbot to testbot all went fine unitl i set one as +ags and one as +hp mine couldnt send or recive userfile
went back to the dutch shell his bot can link to it fine and recieve user file mine cant so it has to be something i have set or something im not allowing in-out of router
im totaly at a loss with this and any help would be most greatfull

You really need to elaborate on what you have already done? Have you added the bots as users and gave them the appropriate flags? Have you installed the necessary modules?

hi i have linked 2 eggys with no problem recently but now im trying to link one on my linux box to another one which i have linked 2 before from a dutch shell
i can get tehm linked butthey wont share userfiles the one on my linux box wont send or recieve the user files i was wondering if anyone knew of the reson why im using the old dutch shells conf file jsut edited for my box and set both bots up again i have router but have given my linux dmz so no ports are hidden or refused but still they wont share files
any ideas pls
