Why actually using a generator?
Everything you need is in the example conf, exept of course the scripts you want...and this is my opinion : the example.conf is alway usefull if you have to change something later on...

Return to topic : a bot that needs 1hr to get on irc?? I have to follow Alchera on this...connect to a decent network, or use a decent shellprovider.

eggdrop.conf was made using this conf generator.
I don't see there any errors.
That script I writed in PHP.

Config generators are useless and always have been. The fact that (as stated by yourself) it took a whole hour for the bot to connect to a network indicates something really is not right and should be looked into.

Bot came after ~1h.

You had better start rechecking settings etc .... or connect to a decent network server.
