Well, thx guys, but my FREE shell provider blocks DCC and telnet traffic .

"Free" at a cost; cannot do a damned thing.

By the way this can be done thru DCC or partyline as well, if you are aware:

I'm a noob i tcl and i need a script for my eggdrop to do this:
When i type to him on priv : msg #channel TEXT
I want him to say TEXT on #channel.
Plz help me.
