i'll check it out and see if it suits me,
hopefully it doesn't cause any problems with flooding service
i'll probably add some timers for that purpose

to do it
it's for DALnet (or wherever it's applicable)
to avoid klines for cloning. when a bot get dc from a stoned server
and re-connects finding that the ghost is still online,
it performs a ghost command to make it disconnect
/ns ghost bot pass

hopefully someone likes the idea and got time to do it :)
